We offer a referral program to reward individuals and organizations for referring potential clients to our investment management services. The purpose of this policy is to outline the terms and conditions of the referral program.    

The referral program is open to individuals and organizations who have a relationship with Acquire Investment, including clients, partners, employees, and affiliates. 
Referrers must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.    

To participate in the referral program, referrers must submit referrals through our designated online referral form or by contacting our referral program coordinator. 

Referrals must provide the contact information of the potential client, including name, email address, and phone number. A qualified referral is a potential client who has a genuine interest in acquiring investment management services, falls within our target client base, and has not previously been in contact with Acquire Investment regarding investment management services.   Referrers will be eligible for a reward based on the type and value of the referred business. The specific reward structure will be communicated separately to referrers or outlined in a referral program agreement. Rewards will be disbursed as per the terms outlined in the referral program agreement, typically upon the successful acquisition of the referred client and the fulfillment of any specific conditions mentioned in the agreement.     

All participants in the referral program must adhere to applicable laws and regulations, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. Referrers must act ethically, honestly, and in the best interest of Acquire Investment. Any unethical or misleading practices may result in disqualification from the referral program and possible legal action.    

Acquire Investment reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or other appropriate channels.    

Referrers must respect the confidentiality of any information shared by Acquire Investment during the referral process. The sharing of confidential information with unauthorized individuals or organizations is strictly prohibited.    

By participating in the referral program, referrers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
